SimXPro is a Dutch-based sim racing hardware company founded by a team of engineers and motorsport enthusiasts with combined over 30 years of experience.

The First Laps

Born in a Dutch workshop, SimXPro, founded by Michel Kok, started with one idea: build rigs as solid as real race hardware. Early prototypes were cut, drilled, and tested by passionate sim racers.

From Prototypes to Production

Custom jigs, precision CNC machining, and laser-cut mounting plates, each proudly carrying the SimXPro logo, laid the groundwork for a chassis that is not only modular, but also exceptionally rigid and built to last.

Scaling with Profiles

In 2020, large batches of premium anodized aluminum arrived, allowing us to standardize on profiles and fittings for maximum stiffness and compatibility.

From Workshop to Living Rooms

The first complete setups reached customers and sim centers in 2021. Community feedback fine-tuned ergonomics, mounting options, and upgrade paths.

Scaling Operations

In 2022, we took our operations to the next level, professionalizing everything from inventory management to packaging and logistics. These improvements allowed us to efficiently and reliably ship pallets of sim racing rigs and accessories across the World.

Presentation & Content

In 2023, we invested in our presentation and content by building an in-house photo and content studio. This enabled us to create clearer product pages, detailed guides, and professional documentation, ensuring that every aspect of our products is communicated with precision and style.

A New Chapter

October 1st 2025, SimXPro announced Johan Akkerman as Chief Executive Officer. A world champion sim racer and active race car driver with a deep background in product development and management, Johan will lead SimXpro’s expansion as a Dutch manufacturer of quality simulator chassis and the rollout of programs and competitions designed to help sim racers take the step into real racing.
